The necklace features an octagonal shaped pendant. There is an outer border of 28 round bead set diamonds.  The center of the pendant features a step cut sky blue topaz that weighs .90ct.  The yellow gold space between the diamonds and topaz has a satin finish.  The 18" chain is attached at the top corners of the pendant.
