Once your order is placed, we will carefully process and ship it within 48 hours. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

At this time, we ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

Please note that once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Potter & Anderson is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information.

If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.

We gladly accept returns of new, unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of purchase (or within 14 days of delivery for shipped orders) for a full refund.

Please note that we are unable to offer price adjustments if an item is discounted after your purchase.

Holiday merchandise may not be returned or exchanged after the applicable holiday has passed.
