The pendant is a vertically elongated octagon that features a .20ct tsavorite garnet in the center.  It is surrounded by filigree gold work and both are mounted to a ribbed fan design plate of mother of pearl.  There are round pave set diamonds on the bail and the 18" chain is a paperclip type chain.
